Mega Block Today Western Line: On Sunday, December 15, 2024, there will be a Mega Block on the Western Line between Borivali and Goregaon for maintenance work on tracks, signaling systems, and overhead equipment. The block will affect both the Up and Down Slow Lines in this section.
Details of the Mega Block:
- Timing: The block will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lasting for 5 hours.
- Affected Lines: Both Up and Down Slow Lines will be impacted.
- Train Operations: During the block, all Up and Down Slow Line trains will run on the Fast Lines between Borivali and Goregaon.
- Train Cancellations: Some suburban trains on the Up and Down Slow Lines will be canceled, and a few Andheri-Borivali local trains will terminate at Goregaon station.
- Platform Changes at Borivali: There will be no train services from Platforms 1, 2, 3, and 4 at Borivali station during the block.
Additional Announcement: Temporary Closure at Nallasopara
- Nallasopara Station: The west side staircase landing of the Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Platform 1 will be temporarily closed from December 20, 2024, for 45 days.
- This closure is part of an improvement project to construct an elevated deck connecting the South-End Foot Over Bridge to the Second Foot Over Bridge.

आज, 15 दिसंबर 2024, पश्चिमी रेलवे द्वारा बोरिवली और गोरेगांव के बीच एक मेगा ब्लॉक निर्धारित किया गया है। यह ब्लॉक ट्रैक, सिग्नलिंग सिस्टम और ओवरहेड उपकरणों की मरम्मत के लिए होगा।
मेगा ब्लॉक का विवरण:
- समय: यह ब्लॉक सुबह 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक चलेगा, जो कि 5 घंटे तक रहेगा।
- प्रभावित लाइनें: अप और डाउन स्लो लाइन्स पर असर होगा।
- ट्रेन संचालन: इस दौरान, सभी अप और डाउन स्लो लाइन ट्रेनें फास्ट लाइन्स पर चलेंगी, बोरिवली और गोरेगांव के बीच।
- ट्रेन रद्दीकरण: कुछ उपनगरीय ट्रेनें रद्द हो जाएंगी, और अंधेरी-बोरिवली लोकल ट्रेनें गोरेगांव स्टेशन पर ही समाप्त हो जाएंगी।

नालासोपारा स्टेशन पर अस्थायी बंदी:
- नालासोपारा स्टेशन: प्लेटफॉर्म 1 पर फुट ओवर ब्रिज के पश्चिमी सीढ़ी के लैंडिंग को 20 दिसंबर 2024 से 45 दिन तक अस्थायी रूप से बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
- यह बंदी स्टेशन सुधार कार्य के तहत की जा रही है, जिसमें दक्षिणी फुट ओवर ब्रिज से दूसरे फुट ओवर ब्रिज को जोड़ने के लिए एक ऊंचा डेक बनाना शामिल है।
